I liked this story and elements of it were wonderful but had some problems too.+++Spoilers+++
I liked the h very much and the idea that her pies have some magic in them is very sweet. The H was wonderful when he wasn't being an idiot and he and the h connect very well. The H comes to film the h and her friend for a new cooking show. They have immediate chemistry but it's difficult for them since he needs to work and can only really do that in the city but the h doesn't want to leave her village, Miracle. The h does visit him in the city but her pies lose their magic. I loved the way the h and H work out that they knew each other when they were kids. We don't get our hea without quite a bit of angst.

Great read
I enjoyed reading this book very much. My only problem was I had a hard time putting the book down.
This poignant story of the magic of love and pies will delight you from the first page to the last. I smiled, laughed, and cried along with Katie who has "the gift of pie," Gabe the unlikely angel and Happy the Beagle.
After reading this book, I'm going back to pick up all the books by this author.
Can't wait to read Sam and Elsa's story!
I totally enjoyed reading the whole series of which this one was integral. Great read!
PLEASE keep writing this series. The characters grow as the series continues. The words flow so well written. A fun read. Just sit back and joy the stories of strong women.
You can't go wrong with any of these books but read them in order as each story is built on the one before it.
